$89 is never $89.
Here's what they're counting on you not knowing.
The advertised rate is the opening bid. Resort fees get taxed on top, parking piles on if you're driving, and the number you actually hand over is buried in the part they're counting on you to skim. We do the arithmetic on every property that matters, so you don't walk in surprised.
How this number is built
Leave the room rate blank and the table ranks by what a property adds on top of whatever rate you find. That is the resort fee, the tax charged on that fee, and parking if you're driving. Those are the parts the advertised price hides, and we can tell you all three without knowing what rate you were quoted. Type a rate in and the table switches to full totals with room tax included.
Transient lodging tax is not one number. The resort corridor is 13.38%, the City of Las Vegas including downtown is 13%, and Henderson resort hotels are 14%. Each property carries its own rate and the column shows which one applied. Tax applies to the room rate and to mandatory fees. It does not apply to parking, which Clark County excludes.
Casino status only counts where you actually hold it. Caesars Diamond does nothing at Bellagio, so the table doesn't pretend otherwise.
Parking is not a weekday-versus-weekend question. Where a garage charges more, it charges more on named days, and Caesars uses Thursday through Sunday rather than Friday and Saturday. Pick your arrival day and the table uses that property's actual rate for it. Leave it on any day and we quote the base rate, with a note on the ones that climb.
Rows marked unconfirmed come from two dated fee trackers that agree, where the operator's own page could not be read. Rows marked unverified have sources that disagree, or no operator figure at all. We publish them and say so rather than quietly guessing.
These numbers move
Every fee and tax rate here was checked against the property's own disclosure where they publish one, then cross-checked against the itemized charge on a live booking. Last full pass . That's as accurate as this data can be made.
It's still a snapshot. Resort fees and parking rates change whenever an operator decides they should, usually without any announcement. Tax rates come from Clark County and city ordinance, and those get amended. A rate that's correct today can be wrong next quarter because a commission voted on a Tuesday. Nobody sends us a memo.
So treat this as what a careful person would have found on the date above, not as a quote. Confirm the fee at booking, and if you find one that's moved, tell us. We'll fix it the same day and credit the catch.
